Litigation lawyer

Arbitration and civil disputes: case strategy, procedural documents, and client support at every stage.

• Drafting statements of claim, responses, motions and other procedural documents
• Appearing in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction
• Reviewing case materials and case law, building the legal position
• Pre-trial claims and negotiations with counterparties
• Client updates and status reports throughout the dispute
• Enforcement support where needed

• Law degree
• At least 3 years of litigation experience
• Solid knowledge of Russian arbitration and civil procedure
• Strong drafting skills and comfort with case law research
• Willingness to appear in court and handle large document sets

• Real commercial disputes in the litigation practice
• Support from a partner and the team on complex matters
• Hybrid format: Irkutsk office with remote days by agreement
